Following the outstanding reception of the first release among whisky lovers in the UK and Poland, and its strong acclaim on Whiskybase, we are pleased to offer pre-orders for Corporal Wojtek Vol. 2 under the following terms and conditions:

1. Product & Availability

This is a limited release of 450 bottles worldwide.

UK allocation is strictly limited and subject to availability.

Once the pre-order allocation sells out, no further bottles will be available at this stage.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.

3. Delivery & Shipping Costs

A standard UK delivery charge of £4.95 applies.

Delivery is made via Royal Mail Standard Delivery (2–3 working days) once the order is dispatched.

4. Bottling & Dispatch Schedule

Bottling is scheduled for 20/1/26.

The dispatch is scheduled for last days of January but more likely first two weeks of February.

Limited to just 450 bottles worldwide, this release continues the story with deeper richness, intensity, and character, delivering a bold yet elegant PX-driven profile.

The Story of Wojtek:

This remarkable whisky honors the extraordinary bear Wojtek, who became an official member of the Polish Army during World War II. Rescued as a cub in Iran and adopted by soldiers serving under General Władysław Anders, Wojtek quickly became part of the unit—known for his playful spirit, immense strength, and unwavering companionship. During the Battle of Monte Cassino, he famously helped carry heavy artillery shells alongside the soldiers of the Polish II Corps, who ultimately broke the German resistance. His story remains a powerful symbol of courage, loyalty, and the unbreakable bond formed in the darkest of times.

Tasting note:

The whisky smells of dried dates, leather, oak, and warm, comforting spices. Of course, there are also raisins, dried plums, figs, white chocolate, and cherries in liqueur. There is harmony and elegance here.

On the palate it is sweet, fruity, honeyed, chocolatey, and nutty. Cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg gently lift the whole and balance the sweetness of the PX. A pleasant, fairly long finish lingers with notes of spices, coffee, dark chocolate, roasted almonds, and an echo of dried fruits, gradually becoming drier.
