SHIPPING UPDATE
We are pleased to offer shipping services exclusively within the United Kingdom, covering England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the UK Islands.

STANDARD DELIVERY
Our standard deliveries are scheduled during normal business hours, from Monday to Friday. To ensure a smooth delivery process, we kindly request that someone be available to sign for the parcel upon arrival.

Please note that there are certain address types for which we are unable to accept orders. We recommend reviewing our delivery restrictions before placing your order.
Once your order has been processed (with a potential delay notification if any items are out of stock), it will be dispatched using a 24-hour service to most mainland destinations in the UK, a 48-hour service to many European addresses, and a 72-hour service to outlying areas within the UK. For international orders, delivery times will vary depending on the location. Delivery charges will be calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination address.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY
For customers in the UK, we offer next-day delivery for orders placed before the specified cut-off time indicated in the delivery charges section. These orders will be processed and scheduled for delivery on the following working day. Orders placed after the cut-off time on any working day will be processed and dispatched on the next working day, with expected delivery on the subsequent working day.

While we make every effort to meet the specified delivery dates, we cannot accept liability for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order is time-critical, we kindly ask that you place it well in advance to avoid any potential disappointment.

In the unlikely event that a specified delivery date is not achieved and the order is delivered later on the same day or the next working day, a partial refund will be issued. This refund will be calculated based on the difference between our standard next-day delivery charge and the charge applied at the time of placing the order.
