New Yarmouth distillery is situated at the Clarendon Parish, Jamaica, under the same management of Appleton Estate. The full-proof heavy Jamaican Rum came to life in November of 1994 and matured primarily for 24 years in tropical conditions before its bottling in Scotland in January of 2022. With limited bottles harvested from the cask, this Jamaican Rum offers an intense, rich, and complex spirit. Selected and bottled exclusively for Lime House Singapore.

Since Lime House opened in 2013 and introduced the Caribbean concept of "Liming" to Singapore, the team behind its success continues to grow and expand their already extensive rum collection. We embarked on a new chapter through introducing our first single cask rum bottling to the public, the Caroni 22YO Cask #2211 in late 2021.

Tasting note:

...Pretty much the same comments I made afther the sister cask from the same bottler. Very good, approachable in terms of ester levels, but you have to endure a big woody side. After two rums for cognac lovers, this one is for rye / bourbon fans. Score: 87/100
