This old Demerara, fully Pot Still distilled rum from Guyana has been through 31 years of ageing. Versailles - ancient pot still has been used to craft this, incredible Guyana rum expression from the silent distillery of Enmore. Big rum with a piece of history. Tasting note:
....I love this, but more of a ‘blow-me-away’ experience than something I would choose as a relaxation dram. It is really woody and slightly dirty, but it also finds a perfect sweet spot within the limits of enjoyment… or pain.... Score: 91/100
